About Paras Mehta
My name is Paras Mehta, and I am proud to be running for Trustee of the Thames Valley District School Board in the 2026 Municipal Election.
I believe every student deserves access to a safe, inclusive, and high-quality education that prepares them for success in school, work, and life.
My professional career has been built on public service, accountability, leadership, and serving people from diverse backgrounds. As a Driver Examiner with Serco Canada, I work every day to ensure fairness, safety, and integrity while helping members of the public navigate important milestones. My previous experience in logistics, transportation, and international operations has strengthened my skills in communication, budgeting, problem-solving, teamwork, and responsible decision-making.
I hold graduate education in Information Security Management, studies in Supply Chain and Logistics, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of innovation, technology, organizational leadership, and continuous learning.
As your Trustee, I will be an accessible, transparent, and responsible voice for students, parents, educators, and taxpayers. I am committed to listening, working collaboratively, and making decisions that always put students first.

As Trustee, I will work to ensure that every decision is guided by student success, transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of public resources.
